"Helpful, thoughtful, kind and considerate"

The staff were very helpful, thoughtful, kind and considerate. They made us as parents feel at ease and my son as a patient feel at ease. They didn't only explain things to us they spoke to him directly which made him comfortable throughout the whole process. Massive thanks to Rianna and Ashley who dealt with my son, they were so patient and never pressured him once into anything he felt uncomfortable with. We, as parents could see how comfortable he was with you both once he got use to his surroundings. It was a pleasure to have you guys doing our assessments we cant thank you enough for all the help, support and guidance with regards to his diagnosis.
