"Such a friendly and caring attitude"

I went in for a coil insertion and was told I couldn’t book to have the implant taken out my arm in the same appointment. I explained to my Doctor who was called Mary that obviously arranging childcare for the following 7 days was a bit of a headache. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with my appointment. Mary and Magz went above and beyond and managed to do both procedures within the same appointment. They were so kind and caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout my full appointment. I obviously took up more of their time when they squeezed me in to get the implant removed from my arm but they both had such a friendly and caring attitude that I did not feel I was a bother at all. Mary made sure I was well educated on my choice of coil and went through everything in great details so I know everything about the coil I chose, including any possible issues that can arise. I’ve been given all the information if I have any problems after and was reassured I will be seen straight away.
