About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Wheelchair and specialist seating

(as the patient),

The team made changes to my wife power chair to enable her to use it with her head.

It’s improved her mobility and given her to have her independence around the house thank so much for this. We are very grateful for this and the support by the team. Thank you. Excellent service. 🙏🏽
