About: Tulasi Medical Centre

(as the patient),

My appointment at Parsloes Hub (Tulasi Medical Centre) was significantly delayed, causing me to exceed the 45-minute parking limit, the member of staff on reception had no idea on what to do. Eventually I received a £100 parking fine with discount for early payment. When I raised this with a senior member of staff at the practice, I was told they cannot do anything. This is unacceptable customer service and demonstrates a complete disregard for patient time and financial burden.
