Karyn came out to complete the Henry programme with my two little girls aged 23 months and one year. Karyn was incredibly kind, professional and made each session enjoyable. The girls loved interacting with Karyn and as a parent, I found so many helpful tips on healthy eating, dealing with different childhood behaviours and the benefits of spending lots of time with your children. Karyn is a credit to your team and I hope that more parents engage with this programme and the benefits of it.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the Henry programme.

At Henry we support the whole family to make positive lifestyle changes, creating healthier, happier home environments, and building healthier communities.

I am delighted that you have benefited from attending the Henry “Healthy families right from the start programme” and felt supported by your facilitator Karyn. It is great to hear you got support in regards to healthy eating and dealing with different childhood behaviours. Spending quality time with our children has so many benefits for all of us.

It is such a pleasure to read these fabulous comments about our team, which I will be sure to share!
