(as the patient),

I attended the hospital after being at King's cross the previous night. I had chest pains and low blood pressure alongside a high heart rate.

The first nurse I seen was excellent in his care and very funny. He was good at making me feel calm and reassured as well as cheering us up. I'm terrified of giving blood and he went out his way to make it such a comfortable experience (I didn't even know he'd done it). I appreciate so much! Absolutely fantastic nurse!
