(as the patient),

I had a stroke while playing football and have been recovering well but then I had another stroke while exercising.

I feel extremely sad.

Having the play assistant has made me more relaxed when getting bloods and going to the hub has been good but it would be better it they had different colours of paper.

I am sorry to hear you have been in hospital as the result of two strokes. I can imagine that this has been a difficult time for you, I hope you are recovering well.

I am pleased that our play team have been able to help you feel more relaxed when having bloods taken. We know this can be a very worrying this for people so we try to make it as calm and relaxed as possible.

The hub is a really fun place so I am really pleased to hear you have been able to visit. I will ask them to review the colours of paper that they offer to try and improve this. Is there a particular colour you had hoped for that was missing?
