My Father unfortunately experienced an episode of choking which resulted in syncope and required medical follow up at A&E/Minor Injuries. Subsequently he had injuries of a dislocated shoulder and slight fracture, plus nerve damage to his arm/hand.
My parents and I would like to express our upmost gratitude for the care and attention given to them whilst presenting at the hospital. The Nurses and Doctors that supported did so with compassionate care that recognises that a patient's well-being extends beyond their medical condition, involving them in every step of the way and being well-informed about what needed to happen.
The approach of all within the Team has been nothing short of outstanding with a genuine concern, warmth, and extensive knowledge from all involved in providing the care. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance at this time.
