"Positive experience at Children’s A&E"

We came to children’s A&E to have my baby’s jaundice level measured. I was really impressed with our doctor, Oliver. He had a wonderful bedside manner. Informing us of the procedure and next steps is the level of care we’ve come to expect at RSCH. However, what set Oliver apart from previous doctors was how kind he was to us and our other son. I’d love him to know how much we appreciated his kind manner at a worrying time.
