"Their bedside manner and patter cheered me up"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Urology (Ward 11c)

(as the patient),

Very frightened and unwell. Thankfully with the help of the staff being so kind and caring - I was made to feel I was in good hands. Having being moved from ARU 3 to Ward 11C the new staff were also very kind and supportive and  an Irish nurse called Paul in particular was not just friendly - he was helpful and his bedside manner and patter cheered me up.

Hi Clare1238, thank you for your kind wards about your experience in Ward 11C and ARU3. The staff always strive to give the best possible care to patients and your experience seems to support this. I will also let Paul know that his patter cheered you up!

Kind Regards
