"Gave me a lot of answers with a lot of reassurance"

I was seen today by two nurses who listened to me explain my ongoing issue. I explained that I had seen by a GP and been seen in urgent care who had prescribed various medications over the last 3 weeks to try and help my situation but to no avail. The nurses were very thorough with their assessment, showed huge amounts of empathy, and gave me a lot of answers with a lot of reassurance.

They provided me with a clear plan and both of them demonstrated a lovely manner throughout. I was massively impressed with this service, from the reception staff who managed to get me seen in a timely manner to the two nurses who looked after me so well. I’m hugely grateful for this service.
