"Up for a chat to help distract you"

About: Allied Health Professionals / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

Car accident caused by drunk driver, causing broken ribs, 2 broken wrists and a fractured sacral.

My care has been great from the physio team in the rehab clinic

Emma in particular who explains things really well, listens to your concerns and is still up for a chat to help distract you!

Chris has also been great in terms or booking or rescheduling appointments and he’s very welcoming.

I don’t know how my care could have been improved as I have never attended physio before and I thought it was great

Emma helped me with plans at the gym for both strength & conditioning

Dear lovehz93,

Thank you so much for taking time to post this brilliant feedback on the care you received by our excellent Fracture Team in RVH.

As the Lead for Fracture Physiotherapy team as you can guess I'm very proud of them and delighted that you had a positive rehab experience in the gym.

I have passed your compliment to both the Emma and Chris who always go above and beyond for their patients so it's great for that to recognised. They are both invaluable members of the Team who will appreciate the acknowledgement.

Despite your traumatic experience, I'm glad you've doing well with your rehab and wish you continued success.

Best Wishes

Louis O'Connor (Team Lead Physio Fractures)
