I would just like to start by saying a massive thank you to the staff on ward 25 for looking after our beloved nan… she was on your ward for 10 days before sadly passing away.
The staff were so lovely and we thank them all so much. We would personally like to say a massive thank you to Marie, the health care assistant. She literally went above and beyond for our nan and for us as a family! There were a lot of us visiting both day and over night stays and she really went the extra mile for us all… she is kind, caring and compassionate. She looked after our nan with dignity and respect and we really appreciate everything she did! I really hope she gets to hear this feedback as she really did do everything for us all. Forever grateful! 🙏 xxxx
