"Made sure I understood everything"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

This is the second time I've had to go to the eye clinic in Falmouth for cataracts.

This time for a preop assessment.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable all the time at the clinic.

Nothing was rushed and they took the time to make sure I understood everything.
