"A professional and empathetic service"

I attended Strabane health centre for my mum's diabetic footcare appointment a few weeks back. Mum has vascular dementia and doesn't like public places, she doesn't like attending appointments and can become anxious and vocal. We met Angela for the first time and she immediately made my mum feel at ease, she spoke with her calmly and explained what she was going to do and kept checking with her throughout the appointment, they shared a few giggles and my mum responded so well. It was heart warming sitting through the appointment and we are grateful for such a professional and empathetic service. Angela was amazing, thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
