About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 2 North Respiratory medicine Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was admitted via ED to the respiratory ward in CAH. I spent 2 nights in ED, where the area was extremely busy/crowded. Despite this all of the staff were lovely and very caring.

From admission on to the respiratory ward 2N, the staff made me feel welcome, particularly Kerry and Amy, who did my admission and explained everything to me. I was in for three days and all of the staff, nurses, Doctors, physios, support services staff, on both night and day were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The respiratory nurse (Bernie) and the palliative care nurse Stephanie were both so knowledgeable and supportive.  The ward staff on this ward should be proud of their high standards and professionalism of every staff member. My sincere thanks to them all.
