"Vaccinations clinic - no idea where to go"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Outpatients

(as a service user),

Got my letter to go to Wishaw Gen for vaccine. No information/idea why. 

Couldn't get through on phone during breaks at work. Went up to Wishaw. 

Letter just said outpatients in Wishaw...but there are several & nothing on letter to say which one.

Reception desk closed (presuming as it's a Sunday), nobody around to ask. Several people around the area trying to work out / ask other random visitors. As I approached Reception A heard someone behind ask someone where to go. Quickly popped in to ask & said i'd be back as others trying to find where to go. 

Would help if the letters said which outpatients to go to or had someone available to direct people to the right place. Loads on their way in asking as I was leaving too.

I understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to get through on the phone, then arriving with no one available to ask for directions.
