"Made me feel completely comfortable and at ease"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I arrived for my appointment at the Gynaecology Outpatient qt the Northampton General Hospital recently. I had got lost in the hospital so I was 25 minutes late. I didn't expect to be seen as I was so late. They had a cancellation thankfully so my appointment still took place.  

I cannot praise the three ladies that did my appointment enough, professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.  

They made the whole experience so easy for me.  

I wish to thank them and say what an incredibly amazing job they did.

It is nice to read that you had such a positive experience within the Gynaecology Outpatient Department at NGH. You had luck on your side with that cancellation! It is also very easy to get lost within the hospital at times even with signage!

It is great to read that the staff treating you were friendly and professional and made you feel comfortable and at ease during your appointment.
