About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow

(as a service user),

Queen Elizabeth University Hospital  main atrium - mens ground floor toilets are an absolute disgrace. It's been like this for weeks.

Dear Jkcross

We are sorry that the standard of cleanliness is below your expectations, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to use Care Opinion in order to provide us with your feedback.

The facilities team shall check the cleanliness of these toilets and ensure all soap, paper towels and toilet paper have been replenished, and ensure the area is clean and tidy.

Whilst we do this, we shall also check for any maintenance issues and alert our Estates colleagues to this, in order that they can repair/resolve.

kind regards

Janis Young

Facilities Business Manager
