"Lack of oxgyen"

(as the patient),

Been in hospital, came home, had a call saying Penny oxygen nurse calling to see how I'm doing. So happy she did my oxygen been low since came out of hospital.  Penny found out in minutes what was wrong my tank wasn't working. She called Baywater to come out to replace it this lady gives it all and more we couldn't ask for a better nurse she friendly, polite and helpful.

I lead the Respiratory and Home Oxygen Service. The service is a home visiting service and we support patients to manage their condition and ensure treatment is evidence based and that it is the best that can be offered for the patient We are a 09:00-17:00 service and do not work weekend or bank holidays
