About: Royal Jubilee Maternity services / Active Birth Centre (ABC)

(as the patient),

Thank you to Clare and Ellen in the Active Birthing Centre for their care during the birth of my 3rd son one morning mid June. He arrived very quickly so I didn't manage to get into the pool that they were frantically filling for me (sorry!) but I was delighted to have given birth (finally) in the ABC - such a fulfilling experience.  Thank you also to Louise who looked after us after my son's birth. Highly recommend the ABC and cannot thank all the staff enough.

Dear AJM31,

Firstly congratulations of the birth of your son, secondly thank you so much for taking the time to feedback about your positive birth experience within the Active Birth Centre (ABC). I will share your kind words with your midwives Clare, Ellen, Louise and the whole ABC team.

Service user feedback is so important, it helps shape and develop the Active Birth Centre. Your feedback highlights the care that women receive within the ABC and enables myself and the whole ABC team to continually review and improve access and promotion of the unit to women birthing within Belfast Trust.

I want to thank you again for taking the time to feedback about your experience of the care that you received from a small dedicated team of midwives and that you would highly recommend the ABC to other women using maternity services.

I wish you and your new family all the best and I hope should you choose to use maternity services again you will choose to birth within the Active Birth Centre.
