About: Community Services - (OPMH) / Older People's Mental Health Central

(as a relative),

I was visited twice by Hayley who is looking after my husband, he has dementia and she visited to do an assessment, spoke with the doctor and then came and reported to me how best to care for him. Very pleased with her attitude, she is very pleasant.
