I am currently an inpatient in hospital, whilst I have been here I was able to receive butter sachets with my meals. However, recently the staff have told me that I no longer can have this due to resources and funding within the western trust. I am now offered what looks like flora on my toast and that's what they provide for my potatoes at lunch time. Disappointing as I am struggling with my appetite as it is.
