My friend sought help from inclusion New Forest to overcome her alcohol dependence. Other than occasional counselling sessions she has had no practical assistance whatsoever. Her counsellors phone is permanently switched off with no facilities to leave a message. Having put myself forward some months ago to assist my friend with at home detox I have had no contact whatsoever from inclusion regarding what this entails or to check I am a suitable candidate.
Due to a severe and rapid decline in my friends health whereby she has very limited mobility and has stopping eating leading to her being dehydrated and malnourished I contacted inclusion as a matter of urgency specifically requesting an update regarding the home detox to no avail.
Calls are not responded to and it is now getting to the point where I fear she will be too weak to undergo detox. I note that this service has numerous poor reviews related to a failure in communication yet this continues despite dealing with society’s most vulnerable people with life threatening conditions
"Alcoholism and home detox and lack of communication"
