"Breast clinic experience"

I attended Craigavon Hospital breast screening clinic for assessment of a lump and was hugely impressed at the empathetic way in which the clinic is set up and the care was delivered- it is clear that the team have thought about how vulnerable women are feeling when attending the clinic and have planned the environment to reflect this. From having a private waiting room, lockers for clothes and making tea, coffee and magazines available, to the friendly and compassionate nature of all the staff, thank you for delivering such a high standard of care during a stressful time.
