"Kind, cheerful and professional"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiothoracic Surgery Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / High Dependency Unit & Intensive Care Unit Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Pre-Operative Assessment

(as the patient),

A few weeks ago, I had a second lung operation, and yet again, I have to say how grateful I am to all the cardiothoracic staff who cared for me: my surgeon, anaesthetist, pre-op staff, HDU staff and the staff of Ward 102. The care I received was kind, cheerful and professional, in spite of the pressure that NHS workers are clearly under. A huge thank you to you all!
