"Praise for a wonderfully dedicated professional"

I recently underwent a prostate procedure called TURP which went wonderfully well and from which I am now recovering. Two weeks later I received a letter from Trus Biopsy Results /Urology/K&C...telling me an appointment had been made...needless to say I was very worried by this and attended the meeting with my wife in some trepidation..

We were invited to Emma's office and were instantly put at ease by her understanding of our concerns and her very gentle manner in quickly explaining away our concerns and then answering all our questions with kind and positive assertion...her professionalism was amazing and we left the meeting fully informed of future care arrangements. We cannot praise Emma more and see her as a shining light of all that is good in the NHS..the Institution is safe in the hands of such informed and caring professionals as Emma.
