"Truly helped me feel safe and that life was worth living again"

About: Community Services / Hospital Liaison Team

(as the patient),

Arrived to A&E for mental health support as I was struggling beyond helping myself.

I was helped by Chris and he is my angel! He truly helped me feel safe and that life was worth living again. Chris was very knowledge, professional and treat my kindly as a family member or friend!

Chris is a credit and I wish I got his help sooner! Please give him all the credit he deserves, plus a pay rise too

Much love to Chris!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback, I have passed this onto Chris and thanked him for the continuous hard work and support he provides those who enter A&E and require help from our Liaison Service.

Chris is a valuable member of the team and I know he will value receiving this.
