"Felt my child was in the best hands"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Accident & Emergency (Emergency Care)

(as a service user),

My child had a head injury and was taken to RACH A&E department. From checking in with reception, the nurses who dealt with us and the ANP who treated my child, all staff were outstanding. Their care and compassion is brilliant, I felt relieved at such an anxious time to be in safe hands and felt my child was in the best hands. We were incredibly lucky that A&E wasn’t busy and we were seen really quickly.

Dear lyrabz63

I am glad your experience was so positive and thanks so much for taking the time to feedback to us. I will share your feedback with the staff in A&E and they will be delighted to see that their hard work, care and compassion made an anxious time for you and your child much better.
