"Professionalism and caring staff"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ambulatory Care - Medical Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Craigavon Area Hospital / Pharmacy Radiography services / Ultrasound Radiography services / X-ray Department

(as the patient),

I was referred to Urgent Care by my local GP.  I was seen by a doctor who arranged blood tests and an ultra sound scan in the main x-ray department.  After the ultra sound scan I was reviewed again in Urgent Care.  The doctor then arranged for me to be seen by the Ambulatory Department the same day.  The doctor, nurses and pharmacist in the ambulatory department dealt with my case and I was released with medication and instructions on how to use this medication.  My GP, the doctors, nurses and staff of both the Urgent Care Department and the Ambulatory Department together with the Radiographers in X-Ray all dealt with me in a very professional, efficient and caring manner,  I am very happy and satisfied with the overall experience.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your experience using the Urgent Care Service.

I am glad to hear that you were satisfied with the overall service and care that you received during your visit.

It is lovely to get positive feedback about the service we provide and reassuring that you felt your overall experience and care was delivered in a professional, efficient and caring manner by the multi-disciplinary team.

As the team lead in radiology I will pass on your positive feed back to the radiographers and they be very appreciative of this. It is good to receive feedback to gage how well we are doing within our service and provides the welcomed reassurance that we are providing a caring and compassionate service under very busy and demanding conditions. Feedback is also good to reflect on ways we can make our service even better.

Again, thank you and we appreciate your kind words.

Kind regards

Helena
