I was referred to Urgent Care by my local GP. I was seen by a doctor who arranged blood tests and an ultra sound scan in the main x-ray department. After the ultra sound scan I was reviewed again in Urgent Care. The doctor then arranged for me to be seen by the Ambulatory Department the same day. The doctor, nurses and pharmacist in the ambulatory department dealt with my case and I was released with medication and instructions on how to use this medication. My GP, the doctors, nurses and staff of both the Urgent Care Department and the Ambulatory Department together with the Radiographers in X-Ray all dealt with me in a very professional, efficient and caring manner, I am very happy and satisfied with the overall experience.
