"Absolutely fantastic experience"

About: United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust / Lincoln-Community Diagnostic Centre

(as the patient),

Attended the centre recently and was very impressed with the staff, very friendly and welcoming.

Only waited around 5 mins when we were shown through the centre by a lovely lady telling us all about the centre and what it has to offer.

Once we were in our waiting room we were shown where toilets and drinking stations were and what to do regarding the fire alarm going off.

After a few minutes I was taken to the CT scanning room by a lovely guy who put in a canula, al the time reassuring me .

Then we went into the scanning room were a young female nurse explained what the procedure involved it was all over in around 10 mins .

With canula removed I was taken back through to my wife .

Absolutely fantastic experience would recommend the centre to everyone.

Dear Lammymark,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience in one of our new community diagnostic centres in Lincolnshire.

I am so pleased that your whole experience from when you arrived, through to having your scan and back out to your waiting wife, was so positive. I will let the whole team that saw you know of your comments. It is a great new facility and we are so proud to be able to provide these services to the people of Lincolnshire.

Best wishes

Matron Cathy
