"Wait times are horrendous "

When you finally do get an appointment you can be waiting over an hour past your appointment time to be seen. You have no choice but to wait and sit there and shut up because if you wanted to reschedule you probably would need to wait another 6 weeks for an appointment. I feel a courtesy text to say we are running an hour behind please arrive 30 mins later or something would help. I dread my appointments it’s no good for my mental health
