For over a week i have suffered with a bad flare up of a joint in my index finger and my palm of my hand.
I have tried calling the rheumatoid helpline several times and left a message but have received no return calls, i found an email which i also emailed and they sent me to the helpline page and physio page or told me to contact my GP who i advised was very difficult to get an appt with.
I had a physio appt that was cancelled in error by the clinic so the day i was due my phone call i never got one. I called them and left a message but no one got back to me so i called again to be told the next appt was over a month away. I called my GP today who told me to contact tomorrow morning.
I cannot get support or speak to someone to get help with this pain. I am in my 30s yet i am struggling to wipe after the toilet and pull my trousers up because of the pain this is causing. I feel at a loss that there is no help or support.
