(as the patient),

I’m a teenager in for my first overnight, I’m often quite nervous in hospitals. But while I was at the hospital all the lovely doctors and nurses in ward MAU1 made me feel completely calm, chilled and at ease. I’m so thankful to all the staff for improving my hospital experience. Thank you !
