"Exceptional support"

About: Dementia and Older Persons Mental Health / North & East Memory Assessment Team

I was concerned about her memory and overall condition, particularly her mental decline. The support we received following the appointment has been exceptional; it’s truly first-class. While it can be slightly overwhelming, the assistance has come from all directions, and more appointments are being scheduled. We appreciate the help in the nicest possible way.

The nurse could not have been more understanding during the process. I asked many questions, and the results of the clock face tests indicated a decline, which confirmed her condition. This then triggered substantial support, which has been greatly appreciated. The support has been consistent, not just during the initial appointment, making it easy to understand and work with everyone involved, we couldn't thank the nurse who has supported us above and beyond.
