"Outstanding care"

Our baby twins were being treated to investigate the cause of some rather unpleasant abscesses. We were seen twice at Victoria Hospital by Dr. Slater and the care given to us was simply outstanding. Dr. Slater was patient while we managed two babies and very considerate when explaining what was happening and the next steps of the investigation. He had a calm and pleasant demeanour and kept us informed of developments via telephone. As a first-time mum who was worried about her babies, the care given by Dr. Slater helped me to remain calm and feel more positive that the twins were in the best possible hands. Thank you.
