My mother is in her 90s and has lived alone since my father died, they were happily married for 69 years. She has had several medical issues since then, and has always been treated with the utmost respect and care by staff at The Abbotsbury Practice in Eastcote. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and always offer a suitable appointment by phone or in person. All the doctors, particularly Dr Pack and Dr Siddiqui, listen carefully to her concerns and take appropriate action on her behalf. We recently had support from Rita, the pharmacist who invited me in to explain my mother's treatment options, I really appreciated the time she took to speak with me. The practice is at the heart of the community and offers comprehensive and caring health  services.
