"Excellent Service"

I've recently moved house.  Initially I didn't change my GP practice because I had been broadly satisfied with the previous practice, it has a good reputation (and is part of a large group of practices), and I was told I was still in the catchment area, though it takes about 20 minutes to get there.  

Finally I decided to change, as there's a health centre with several GP practices very close by.  I signed up online on a Monday evening to the Minet Green Practice in Camberwell/Brixton.  The NHS form was simple and easy to navigate.  I was followed up with an email on Tuesday morning requesting some further information via an online form, which, again, was straightforward and quick.  I then made a request on Tuesday night for an appointment via their online process.  It was very quick and simple and took a fraction of the time of the e-consult service at my previous practice.  I was telephoned on Wednesday morning with the offer of an appointment 2 hours later, which I accepted. 

I arrived on time, was asked by the receptionist to measure my height, weight and blood pressure via a machine in the reception area.  I was called in by the GP on time, and seen quickly by a helpful and sympathetic GP.  

Fantastic service from start to finish.
