"Check-ups for my daughter"

My daughter had a heart procedure in June 2022. I was told that she would have yearly check-ups. Unfortunately this hasn’t happened. Eventually I was given an appointment for July 2025 and now that has been cancelled. I contacted the hospital and was told there was no other appointments available. I was also told that the reason for the cancellation was the doctors' strike. I’m very concerned that she hasn’t been checked and there could be something wrong. She should have had two checks by now.
