"Staff put me at ease"

About: Raigmore Hospital / North of Scotland Breast Screening Centre

(as the patient),

Having been waiting quite a number of weeks to attend my appointment I was really anxious. However all the staff from receptionist, hcsw, nurses & doctors put me at ease during my 4 hours there. Thankfully my outcome was good but everyone at the breast clinic was exceptional and just wanted to say thank you.
