"Ongoing back and leg pain"

About: Dene Barton Community Unit / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I had my first appointment with Josh and explained the symptoms I was experiencing. He suspected that I was suffering from stenosis and recommended exercises that would improve my core strength thus supporting my spine.

At this point I have been exercising religiously every day as per his instructions.

After a week the back pain I had been suffering with for over four years had improved tremendously, six weeks on it has almost disappeared.

I still experience leg pain but not on the daily basis that I did before.

I saw Josh again recently and he has recommended further exercises for me to try, which I am happy to do.

I cannot begin to stress enough, how my quality of life has changed since attending my sessions here, and as someone who was at the very least sceptical how quickly I noticed a change in my condition.
