Thanks very much for taking the time to give us this positive feedback our service and specifically about Kirsty.

I'm very pleased that you have had such a positive experience as we work hard to maintain a high standard of care for all our patients. It gives us a great sense of satisfaction that you felt Kirsty's expertise and listing skills were excellent.

I will pass this on to Kirsty and the rest of the team as all staff strive to give our patients the best experience and its always great to hear when we are getting things right as it gives us a real morale boost.
