"A recent appointment with person centred care"

I was concerned about a recent injury that had previously been attended to in the A&E dept, where I was prescribed antibiotics and subsequently discharged.

 The following day it seemed that the injury was worsening, and I was a little anxious so I requested a doctor’s appointment, and was promptly seen the next day, my appointment being with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who was excellent, and seemed very experienced and reassuring, she consulted with her supervisor,  and she changed my antibiotics to Penicillin. I have since had a follow up appointment with a very pleasant Locum Doctor. Thank you, 

I have been a patient with Selden road surgery since 1976, and I have had three occasions in the last year when I have had to use the service provided by the Selden road team. 

I am so very impressed with their Person Centred response, and grateful that I have never been discriminated against for being ‘old’. 

So, a prompt response, an experienced and friendly Person Centred team.

What more could one ask from a GP Surgery.
