I had a thing, yet to be determined exactly what it is, removed from the right side of my nose. My appointment was 10am and I was out of there with a cup of tea made by the nurse by 10.45. Absolutely amazing performance from all staff. They explained everything to me very clearly and simply, they also made me feel very relaxed. The operation itself was painless apart from the freezing needles but the staff told me it would sting quite a bit. It's now 1pm and I am home typing this review and apart from the plaster on my nose I wouldn't know I'd had an op. Well done to all.
