"Experience and poor care"

I’m deeply disappointed with the NHS and left so concerned for my partner, this situation is scary! My boyfriend had an issue with his health and so like everyone else, he sees his doctor. They refer him to Churchill Hospital in Oxford to give him a better look to get to the point. They didn’t find the issue and told him they will call him the next day (which they didn’t) for an ultrasound. We were left weeks untold about when the scan will be. He lost his job because of this as nobody would give him a fit note due to his intense pains and the scan wasn’t organised as quick and promising as they said. 

Suddenly he gets a call/letter for a scan. In the letter (as far as I’m aware) it says he has a CT scan and a call told him it’s an Ultrasound. Could be our mistake there but the big point is they cancelled his scan on the day he’s meant to have it. This point in life is a huge struggle for him health wise and I’m very angry about this. He needs help! He’s in pain! Nobody is treating him seriously. 

My aunty didn’t receive the right health care such as this and it ended up being too late so now she’s left with terminal cancer. Don’t fail me or my loved ones again, please, I beg of you. He needs this scan, it could be something pretty serious or minor but if serious is in the consideration, get him that scan! Unbelievable…I’m so scared and worried about him, please help!!!!
