"Provided reassurance and support in a difficult time"

About: Community Therapy Services / Totton and Waterside

(as a service user),

Physiotherapist Lauren conducted multiple home visits since referred by the Parkinson's team. She has assessed, provided exercises and made further referrals to have accessibility aids installed by the council which is all now complete and perfect. She has provided reassurance and support in a difficult time with a new diagnosis of Parkinson's. I feel comfortable and happy knowing we can call back if there is any deterioration and that she will be there for support. Lauren is an absolute pillar of our community, keeping those who have a decline in mobility/health mobile and taking steps to prevent injury/hospital admission before it occurs. Thank you Lauren and to the community physiotherapy team!
