I recently had an episode of pinched nerve pain in my neck, which led to a headache on one side of my body. I looked into NHS advice on the site, and it said neck pain should go away in a few weeks. If symptoms persist, contact a doctor. How does anyone function normally, carrying a sharp headache and neck pain for a few weeks?
I have also recently been seen by a physiotherapist about my bunion in NHS. She didn't once touch my foot, just looked, then gave me an exercise sheet to follow for three months. It is a bit of an over-the-counter Pharmacy service.
I wonder if the NHS has so many medical experts that it would be possible for them to create an in-depth video providing immediate self-help guidance for each symptom. And they could be guided to use these resources on-line.
