"Baby massage with the Downe Health Visiting team"

my Child's health visitor, Oonagh highly recommended baby massages delivered by the Downe Health Visiting team. When I learned of the benefits that this can have to help relax him and to aid his digestive system, I signed up straight away!

We were delighted to have Lyndsey call to our home for four sessions which incorporated different parts of his body. Lyndsey explained each massage and pointed out tips and tricks along the way which was extremely beneficial, especially to a new mum! She provided me with sheets that explained each massage so that I could reread these and carry out on my baby when I wish. We looked forward to these sessions every week and I would highly recommend these as a great way to bond with your baby whilst also learning relaxation techniques to settle him. Thank you to Oonagh, Lyndsey and the Downe Health Visiting team for such an excellent service!
