"They are fun, friendly and encouraging"

About: Physiotherapy Services / Angus Community Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

I was referred to the Community Physiotherapy Service following a few falls where I broke bones. I was uncomfortable with my balance. The course I have been doing works on core muscles trying to make them stronger which in turn can improve balance. I feel better when outside due to my balance improving due to the course. The other people in the group are fun & all willing to try everything the Physiotherapists have given us. The Physiotherapists work hard in their work as they do all of the exercises also. They are fun, friendly and encouraging but if you are unable to do something they will not force you

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback about the Community Physiotherapy Service and the exercise classes that you have been attending. I am delighted to hear that you have felt the benefit of the exercises and are feeling more confident about your balance and going outside. I will pass on your kind words to the team who will be so pleased that they have been able to help you.

Many thanks again.

Sarah Reid
