"My time with IFSS"

About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS)

(as a service user),

At first i was very anxious, as i struggle with mental health. After first meeting Sam she was very comforting and made me feel at ease. Everything me and Sam have worked through has been very beneficial and helped me along the way. Sam has been very supportive and would highly recommend having somebody like her for the support. I suffer with anxiety but sam helped ease my mind during stressful situations and circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback this is so lovely to read, I am pleased that you have felt supported by Sam, your IFSS key worker and found the intervention to be beneficial to you and your family.

Firstly well done in recognising you needed the support and engaging positively in the sessions with Sam.

We appreciate this journey isn't always an easy one, its really to your credit that you've been able to identify your own coping strategies and techniques and implement them in to daily life to make things better for you and your children. We truly wish you every success for the future!!
